Jade is a master's candidate at the School of Library and Information Science. Her thesis focuses on a bibliometric study of autism research; in particular, she is interested in gender disparities within research samples.
Her background combines psychoeducation, business management, digital communications, and information sciences. She has a strong interest in research ethics and the reproducibility of results, the discoverability of scientific content, the place of women in science, and the dissemination of knowledge to bridge the gap between culture and society.
At the same time, her role as a mother of three children remains a valuable source of learning and inspiration.
